If your product issue was not resolved after following the steps above, or if you require additional help, please create or log in to your Canon Account to see your technical support options. The following MAXIFY, PIXMA, and imagePROGRAF / PIXMA PRO models have native Chrome OS printing support. Please note that some all-in-one models that have native Chrome OS printing support do not support scanning in Chrome OS. If your printer does not have native Chrome OS support, you may be able to work with a printing partner to use your printer with Chrome OS. If you wish to use your printer with a Chromebook, you can set up the printer to work with that Chromebook. It has a scanner but lacks features like an automatic document feeder, and it uses a two-cartridge system with one black and one tri-color ink cartridge.
